A midday nap.

Well, am the kind of person who can sleep so long in the afternoon. My midday nap could be 4-5 hours. And I found that its a bit abnormal and so I've searched some information about the shortcoming of taking too long of afternoon nap and some matter that people should watch out for.

五条午睡要点:
  
   1、睡前不吃油腻食物,不吃得太饱。油腻食物会增加血黏稠度,加重冠状动脉病变,加重胃消化负担。
  
   2、午餐后不宜立即躺下午睡。午餐后大量的血液流向胃,血压下降,大脑供氧及营养明显下降,易引起大脑
供血不足。一般应食后休息十几分钟再午睡。
  
   3、睡姿应取头高脚低、右侧卧位。这样可以减少心脏压力,防止打鼾。需注意的是,坐位及伏案睡觉会减少
头部供血,使人醒后出现头昏、眼花、乏力等一系列大脑缺血缺氧的症状。有的人用手当枕头,伏在桌上午
休,这样会使眼球受压,久而久之易诱发眼疾。另外,伏卧桌上会压迫胸部,影响呼吸,也影响血液循环和
神经传导,使双臂、双手发麻、刺痛。 (俺经常这样睡,看来以后得注意了,不过办公室也没条件让人躺下
啊,比起不睡觉来,还是将就点吧,趴趴趴)
  
   4、午睡时应避免受较强的外界刺激。因入睡后肌肉松弛、毛细血管扩张、汗孔张大,易患感冒或生其他疾
病,也应注意免受风寒。
  
   5、醒后轻度活动。午睡后要慢慢站起,再喝一杯水,以补充血容量,稀释血液黏稠度。不要马上从事复杂和
危险的工作,因初醒时常使人产生恍惚感。
  
   四条午睡禁忌:
  
   一忌,午睡时间越长越好。午睡时间以半小时至一小时为宜,睡多了由于进入深睡眠,醒来后会感到很不舒服。
  
   二忌,随遇而安乱午睡。午睡不能随便在走廊下、树荫下、草地上、水泥地面上就地躺下就睡,也不要在穿堂
风或风口处午睡。因为人在睡眠中体温调节中枢功能减退,重者受凉感冒,轻者醒后身体不适。
  
   三忌,坐着或趴着打盹。不少人由于条件限制,坐着或趴在桌沿上睡午觉,长期形成坐着或趴着午休的习惯,
这样极不利于身体健康。
  
   四忌,人人都需要午睡。午睡也不是人人都需要,只要身体好,夜间睡眠充足者,不午睡一般不会影响身体健
康。但是,对于脑力劳动者、大中小学生、体弱多病者或老人,午睡是十分必要的。夏天午睡更要讲科学

1.仰卧

2.俯卧

5%的人选择俯卧,趴着睡觉。

优点:医生指出,采用这种睡姿的人睡觉时会感到安全,也有助于口腔异物的排出;同时对腰椎有毛病的人有好处。
缺点:压迫心脏和肺部,影响呼吸,患有心脏病、高血压、脑血栓的人不易选择俯卧。


3.左侧卧

医生认为,这种睡姿容易让人在睡觉时翻来覆去,产生不稳定的睡眠。而且,由于人体心脏位于身体左侧,左侧卧会压迫心脏,所以它是一种很不健康的睡姿。

优点:
缺点:压迫心脏、胃部,尤其对于患有胃病、急性肝病、胆结石的患者不易采用左侧卧。


4.右侧卧

有25%的人在睡觉时会朝向右侧。

优点:不会压迫心脏,睡眠有稳定感。
缺点:影响右侧肺部运动,不适合肺气肿的患者。
